Please provide high-resolution, print-ready artwork for your order. If you need a custom design, check out the details in our "Custom Design Request" section.

Follow These Steps:

Size and Format Requirements

  • Create your artwork in PDF format with dimensions of 33" x 81".

  • Keep the bottom 3" area clear of important elements, as it will be hidden by the stand.

  • Ensure the file is in CMYK color mode at 300 DPI resolution with 1/16" bleeds on all sides.

Image and Text Preparation

  • Embed all images to avoid missing elements during production.

  • Outline all text to maintain your design’s integrity across devices.

Final Export

  • Export your file as a PDF with bleeds.

Submission Options

  • Upload your final design through our Artwork Upload Form.

  • Alternatively, email your print-ready file, along with your order number, to support@getpressednc.com.

Custom Design Services

Need a custom design? Simply complete our Design Form, providing clear details about your request. Upload any images, logos, or design inspiration you'd like us to include. Note that our custom designed banners come with a $20 design fee.

Here’s How It Works:

Submit Your Request

  • Once you complete and submit your Design Form, we’ll review it and reach out to confirm your order.

Design Creation

  • Our team will begin crafting your design and send you a digital proof via email within 24–48 hours for your review.

Revisions & Approval

  • We’ll process your feedback and allow up to 3 revisions to ensure your design is perfect.

  • Once finalized, we’ll prepare your design for printing.

Important Notes:

  • Processing Time: Order processing times do not include the time required for design creation.
  • Review Delays: Design creation typically takes 48 hours, but delays may occur if the review process is prolonged. If we don’t receive feedback within 48 hours of sending the proof, your order will be moved to the back of the queue.

Standard Orders

  • Orders without a custom design are typically processed within 2 business days.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.

Custom Design Orders

  • Please allow an additional 3–4 business days for us to complete your custom design request.

  • Once we send your design for review, we kindly ask for your prompt feedback, as we cannot proceed with your order until we hear back from you.

Shipping

  • After processing, standard shipping within the U.S. usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
