FILE PREPARATION

Provide high-resolution, print-ready artwork for your order. If you require a custom design, please refer to the "Custom Design Request" details.

  • Step 1: Ensure your PDF artwork dimensions are 33'' x 81''. The bottom 3'' of your artwork should not include any important elements as it will be hidden by the stand. Ensure that the artwork is created in CMYK 300 dpi with 1/16 inch bleeds on all sides.
  • Step 2: Make sure that all images are embedded, and that all the text is outlined.
  • Step 3: Export all files into PDF format with bleeds.
  • Step 4: Upload your completed design via are Artwork Upload Form. Alternatively, you can email your print-ready file, along with your order number, to support@getpressednc.com

CUSTOM DESIGN REQUEST

If you need a custom design, please complete our Design Form. Provide clear details in your request and upload any images, logos, or design inspiration you want to incorporate. Note that there is an additional $25 design fee for custom banner designs.

How it works:

  • Once you submit and we receive your design request, we will contact you to confirm your order.

  • We will begin working on your design and send you a digital proof via email within 24-48 hours for review.

  • We will process any revisions and finalize your design for printing. We allow up to 3 revisions.

Please note that order processing time doesn't include design creation. We aim to complete designs within 48 hours, but delays may occur during the review period. If we don't hear back within 48 hours of sending your design for review, your order will be moved to the back of the processing queue.

TURNAROUND TIME

  • Standard Orders: Orders that do not require a custom design can take up to two (2) business days for processing. In case of heavy workload, processing may extend.

  • Custom Design Orders: Please allow an additional 3 to 4 business days to complete your design request. Note that when we send your design for review, we cannot move forward with your request until we have heard back from you.

  • Shipping: Once processed, shipping within the US typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
