Refund Policy

15 Day Replacement Policy On Physical Product

If you are in any way unsatisfied with your print order, please let us know.

In the instance that Pressed Design Studio d/b/a Pressed Apparel made an error with your print order, or if you received a damaged/defective product, we have a 15-day replacement policy beginning on the date of your delivery confirmation. To request a replacement item, please contact us by email at

Mistakes happen, so please review all submitted artwork, spelling, uploaded material, and product descriptions for custom orders to ensure a great customer experience. We love creativity and what our customers design, so you are responsible for proofing your order.  We will not reach out about spelling errors, because everyone has their own style and we respect the creative process.

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find your item is defective, damaged or a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 15-days so that we can evaluate the issue.

Print Media

If you have a problem with your order, please let us know. Because we are in the business of customizing products, we do not offer monetary refunds.  In any circumstance where a refund has been issued, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take up to 14-days for the refund to reflect on your account/card. Please see our 15-day replacement policy for further action.

Exceptions and Digital Products

Unless otherwise stated, designs and digital items are non-returnable. All costs accumulated in use of our Design Services are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment is made. 

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order about any order cancellation by email at We will do our best to cancel your order, but submitting a cancelation request does not guarantee your item will be canceled. Cancellations request submitted after we have began processing your order will not be honored. 

If your order is successfully cancelled a refund for the amount of the item(s) will be issued to the original payment method. 

Note: If payment was not taken, we will cancel the pending charge.
