Bleed & Crop Marks: Do not include bleed or crop marks in your file

Custom Design Process

How It Works

  • Submit Your Request – Complete our Design Form with clear details and upload any images, logos, or inspiration. A $15 design fee applies to custom table runners.
  • Design Creation – We’ll craft your design and send a digital proof via email within 24–72 hours.
  • Revisions & Approval – Provide feedback and request up to 3 revisions to ensure your design meets your expectations.
  • Finalization & Printing – Once approved, we’ll prepare your design for production.

Important Notes

  • Processing Time: Order production begins after design approval and follows standard processing timelines.
  • Review Delays: If feedback isn’t received within 48 hours, your order may be delayed. Late responses may push your order to the back of the queue.

Order Processing & Shipping Information

Standard Orders


All orders, whether custom or non-custom, require 5 to 7 business days for processing and printing. Bulk apparel orders require 10 to 14 business days for processing unless otherwise specified. During high-demand periods, additional time may be needed to ensure quality production.

 

Custom Design Orders


For orders requiring a custom design, an extra 3–4 business days is needed for design creation and approval. Once your design is ready, we will send it for review and require your prompt feedback before moving forward with production.

 

Shipping


Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using standard shipping, which takes an additional 5–7 business days depending on your location.

This timeline ensures that every order receives the attention and quality craftsmanship it deserves. If you have specific deadlines, please plan accordingly or reach out for further assistance.
