Terms & Conditions

1. General

Pressed Design Studio provides creative services and custom products, including but not limited to:

• Custom apparel

• Branding and graphic design

• Website design and redesign

• Website updates and maintenance

• Printing, signage, and banners

• Event and specialty printing

• Custom and specialty projects

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services, products, or website content at any time.

2. Quotes, Orders & Pricing

All quotes are based on the project details provided at the time of inquiry. Pricing may change if the scope of work, quantity, materials, timeline, or requested services change.
 

Submitting a quote request does not confirm an order. Orders are only confirmed once payment requirements are met and project details are approved.

3. Payments

Payment terms may vary based on the service or product ordered.

• Custom product orders may require full payment before production begins.

• Design and website projects may require a deposit before work begins.

• Final files, completed websites, or finished products may be withheld until balances are paid in full.

Failure to make payments on time may delay or pause the project.

4. Proofs & Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval. This includes:

• Spelling

• Dates

• Names

• Colors

• Sizing

• Quantity

• Placement

• General design accuracy

Once a proof is approved, Pressed Design Studio is not responsible for customer-approved errors. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and delays.

5. Custom Products

Because many of our products are custom-made, slight variations in color, size, placement, or material may occur.

We are not responsible for supplier stock issues or manufacturer differences, but we will communicate alternative options if substitutions are needed.

6. Graphic Design Services

Design work is completed according to the agreed project scope. Any revisions included will be outlined in the quote or invoice.
 

Additional revisions, redesigns, or new concepts outside of the original scope may result in additional fees.

Editable/source files are not automatically included unless stated in writing.

7. Website Services

Website design, redesign, and maintenance services are based on the package or service agreed upon.

Customers are responsible for providing needed content, images, logins, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
 

Pressed Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, lack of response, third-party platforms, hosting issues, or domain-related problems.

We do not guarantee specific business results, traffic, sales, or search engine rankings.

8. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

Turnaround times begin only after all required information, files, approvals, and payments have been received.

9. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping and pickup details are outlined separately in our Shipping & Pickup Policy.
 

Pressed Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect customer-provided shipping information.

10. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to use any logos, images, wording, or materials submitted to Pressed Design Studio.
 

We reserve the right to refuse any project that includes copyrighted, offensive, unlawful, or unauthorized content.

12. Portfolio Use

Pressed Design Studio may display completed work in our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

Pressed Design Studio will make every reasonable effort to provide quality service and products. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
